Our project team works closely with the designers from the outset so that decisions made in the planning stages are properly implemented throughout all construction phases.


CCI's in-house experts provide input so critical items such as mechanical and electrical systems, foundations, structural detailing, scheduling and purchasing are proactively addressed before construction starts. This preconstruction guidance on pricing, scheduling, materials, building systems and construction methods deliver projects of optimal value for clients.

We work in communities small and large around the globe, providing any level of service the Owner needs—from staff augmentation to full construction management.

CCI’s suite of construction management services includes construction project administration, construction inspection, constructability reviews, project controls and document management, scheduling, cost estimating and cost control, change order management, claims management and resolution, quality assurance, startup and testing, and project close-out.

Design-Build:

At CCI our team of architects, engineers and construction professionals are some of the most respected in the business. Our Design Build Service takes the stresses out of the experience, allowing you the opportunity to focus on the more important aspects of your investment.

Our service agreement includes the following:


​CCI/ CAM Managed by a State Certified General Contractor and Inspector 


  • 1 interior or exterior painting of the space every 2 years
  • Pressure washing of the building (x4) per year (quarterly)
  • Lighting maintenance (x4) per year includes inspection and replacement of bulbs/ ballasts
  • Site safety and Major Component inspection/ maintenance: Includes detailed reports of the condition of each building component outlining necessary repairs and the general cost associated with that repair.   
  • Interior cleaning (common area only) once per month
  • Construction /Project management: Create and estimate accurate scopes of work for qualified sub-contractors as needed, Provide and manage detailed estimates from qualified sub trades on work required in space and provide those proposals to your purchasing department to engage where we also prescreen contractors with our 25 step Background check to perform work at each location and ensure quality control once work is complete.
  • Emergency on call service 24 hours a day 7 days a week 365 days a year.Building lockout, preservation and asset protection.
